1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SingerFans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SingerFans is a platform that connects artists with fans through live streaming, video content, virtual concerts, and subscription-based content. Artists can monetize their content, and fans can support their favorite artists.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Content Guidelines

Users must not post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech or discrimination
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promotes violence or harmful activities

5. Payments and Fees

Artists receive 80% of all earnings. The platform retains 20% as a service fee. Stripe processing fees apply separately. Minimum withdrawal amount is $25.

6. Intellectual Property

Artists retain ownership of their content. By uploading content, you grant SingerFans a license to display and distribute your content on the platform.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

SingerFans is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
